At Total Business Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in accordance with the following policy:

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • The item must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
  1. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Customised or personalised items.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  1. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include any accessories or documentation.
  • Affix the return shipping label to the package and drop it off at the designated shipping location.
  1. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund within 30 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

 

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
